When you submit the Join Us form, we collect:
We don't collect anything beyond what's in the form itself — no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no hidden fields.
Solely to evaluate your application: to understand who you are, confirm you meet any age requirement for the operation you're applying to, work out where you'd fit, and get back in touch with you about the outcome.
Your application is visible only to the small number of Null members responsible for reviewing applications. We don't sell, share, or publish applicant data, and we don't pass it to any third party — except where we're legally required to (for example, a lawful request from law enforcement).
If your application isn't successful, we aim to delete your data within 90 days of that decision. If you join Null, the information from your application becomes part of your member record and is kept for as long as you're an active member, plus a reasonable period afterward for internal records.
Applications are stored on infrastructure Null operates directly, not a third-party form service. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and limit access to the people who need it to review applications.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — whether or not your application was successful. To do any of this, email report@null-ops.org.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle data you've already given us, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've seen the update — if you disagree with a change, contact us using the details above.
